Introduction Getting paid is an essential part of doing business. When payment is automated, it becomes equally essential that the availability and reliability of the payment system is maximal. The uptime and reliability of the payment system is in first instance influenced by the quality of the system and its components. Once in place, a good after sales service covered by comprehensive service contracts is the best basis to maximise the reliability and the uptime of the system. Antenor considers the quality of its service as a prime objective and a key to success.
Basic service offering
Consultative selling The quality of a system starts with the correct offer based on a sound analysis of the customer needs. Our sales team has a good understanding of our solutions and is backed by the in-house experience of our R&D and support team. Only proven systems which have passed our acceptance testing are proposed to customers.
Installation For all products designed or represented by Antenor, our technical staff is fully trained to assure a non-compromise installation and to assure an efficient after sales service in case of problems or failures.For simple and standard installations, a forfait installation fee is practical, for more complex installations Antenor applies a competitive price per hour.
Repair If ever a product or module fails, Antenor can take care of the repair in house or when required at the service centre of the OEM. A unique RMA number is used to track the repair from the initial call to the return of the unit. If the module is under warranty, the complete repair process is executed without any charge to the customer provided the failed module is delivered at the repair centre of Antenor in Duffel.
Interventions Whenever a payment system needs an intervention by an Antenor technician, this can be planned and executed throughout the BENELUX. Customers with a service contract can benefit of a privileged treatment resulting in faster response time and access to a dedicated service stock.
