A Material Insurance Contract covers all material failures and assures a service stock for fast repair. An Iron Service Contract assures access to the helpdesk and covers up to 2 interventions per year. A Steel Service Contract covers material, helpdesk and interventions throughout the contract period and includes a preventive service plan.
